Meanwhile, it will cost you $1,469 to upgrade to the 256 GB storage space, which provides significantly more space for all of your files. And if 256 GB is still insufficient for all of your files, it is preferable to spend $1,799 on the 515 GB storage capacity.

iPhone 14 Singapore Design

If you have an old iPhone model with you right now, probably an iPhone 13, you might be thinking now or maybe hesitating if it is really worth it to upgrade to iPhone 14, aren’t you? Because with the newly released iPhone 14, if you will just look at it, it will just look the same as the iPhone 13 model. On the other hand, the iPhone 13’s flat edge design has been retained and brought with a bang on the newly released iPhone 14–making it really look similar to the iPhone 13.

But, with the newly released iPhone 14, the display notch that has been introduced in the iPhone X up to iPhone 13 has been removed and replaced with a punch hole pair of cutouts–which is the newest feature of the iPhone 14 model series. The punch hole pair of cutouts is already where the front camera takes place.

The iPhone 14 has also rounded corners that follow a beautiful and stunning curved design, and these corners are within a standard rectangle. The ceramic shield front and glass back and aluminum design is where Apple always gets us.

Who wouldn’t be in love and attracted with Apple’s design? Apple always knows where to get us and always exceeds our expectations especially with the designs.

Just like in the iPhone 13, the Touch ID is already replaced with the Face ID in iPhone 14. Basically this Face ID feature is more convenient–well at least for me. Because you will only need to literally face your face in front of your iPhone and it will be automatically unlocked.

And since Apple launched IOS 15.4, this Face ID feature can already read your face even if you are wearing your face mask or anything that is covering your face (but only compatible for iPhone 11 Pro Max and newer models). The Face ID sensor is placed in the punch hole pair of cutouts as well.

And if you are really a fan of Apple, you probably recognized that smaller models (such iPhone X, iPhone 11, iPhone 12, and iPhone 13) literally have the smaller display with the Pro and Pro Max models. With this, Apple users tend to pay more to have a bigger display–or the Pro or Pro Max models.

But with the newly released iPhone 14 (6.1 inch) and soon to release iPhone 14 Plus (6.7 inch), the display size is almost the same as the iPhone 14 Pro (6.1 inch) and iPhone 14 Pro Max (6.7 inch), which is really a good thing because you won’t need to pay more and just have a bigger display. You’ll just choose between iPhone 14 or iPhone 14 Pro or iPhone 14 Plus or iPhone 14 Pro Max.

You can also expect to get your iPhone 14 with the newly IOS software update as well which is the IOS 16 and a USB-C to lighting cable. Yes, the newer iPhone models are not including any adapter or earphones in the box anymore since Apple is already committed to making their products without taking them from the Earth, and to becoming carbon‑neutral across their entire business, including products, by 2030.

iPhone 14 Display

Now that we’ve already got to discuss with you the overview and what you need to expect with iPhone 14’s design, let us get into the deeper display features of iPhone 14. What are the similarities of the display features of iPhone 14 with iPhone 13? Let us know more!

Both iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 have a 6.1-inch (diagonal) all screen OLED and super retina XDR display. But for the newly released iPhone 14, it already has this unique ProMotion technology and Always-On technology feature that iPhone 13 doesn’t have.

With the iPhone 14’s Always-On technology feature, the Apple has added its widgets on the Always-On dock that provide users with helpful information such as calendar, weathers, health data, daily activities, stocks, a bigger font for time and a lot of newly ready made wallpaper, specifically wallpaper for your home screen that you can choose from.

The iPhone 14, on the other hand, has a 2532×1170-pixel resolution at 460 ppi, 2,000,000:1 contrast ratio (typical), 800 nits max brightness (typical); 1,200 nits peak brightness (HDR), fingerprint-resistant oleophobic coating, and comes with a support for display of multiple languages and characters simultaneously. You won’t need to worry about getting your iPhone 14 damaged easily as it is built for slash, water, and dust resistant.

Meanwhile, an emergency SOS feature are both available on iPhone 13 and iPhone 14 but for the iPhone 14, there was added a crash detection wherein your added emergency contacts will be automatically receiving an emergency text message from your device without you needing to press anything because if you will be having a car accident, the newly released iPhone 14 would be able to detect it.

1. Colour Variants Available

Different and stunning colour variants will always be what every fan of Apple is looking forward to and excited about when there are always newly released Apple devices. So, what’s new with the colour variants available in iPhone 14? It will just be the same with the colour variants in iPhone 13 or there will be newly introduced colour variants as well?

So, to simply answer this one, not all colour variants available in iPhone 13 would be available in iPhone 14. We all know that the iPhone 13 was really hyped up because of the new colour variant that Apple introduced, which are the colors of Pink and Green. But, sadly, for the iPhone 14, the colors Pink and Green wouldn’t be available. But, colors Purple and Sierra Blue are now back in the iPhone 14 as it was not available in the iPhone 13.

2. Camera Specs

As someone who really loves taking a lot of pictures and videos, camera specs will always be our top priorities when we look for a phone to buy, isn’t it? But, if you are not that really techy and don’t even care with your phone’s camera specs or quality, you really wouldn’t be able to see the difference of camera specs and quality of iPhone 13 and iPhone 14. With that, let us help you to see and identify whether the iPhone 14 camera specs are built better than iPhone 13.

So, first let us discuss which specs are both available in iPhone 13 and iPhone 14. So, both models have a 12MP main ultra wide true depth front camera, portrait mode, night mode, panorama, burst mode, and such.

But, what’s more better with the iPhone 14’s camera specs is it is built for advanced dual-camera system, true depth front camera with autofocus, deep fusion, smart HDR 4, and portrait mode with advanced bokeh and depth control–making it a really perfect phone camera for all those who loves to take picture, videos, and edit and posts a lot of photos to be posted in their social media accounts.

3. Battery and Specifications

And the last but not the least that all digital users are considering when buying a phone is of course the battery and specifications. iPhones are known to have a very fragile battery but let us stop this stereotyping and let’s take a look at how Apple made their battery built for longer usage in the newly released iPhone 14.

The newly released iPhone 14 is built with the new A15 Bionic chip with 5-core GPU. With this, an upgraded chip means you can expect better processing speed without the use of a lot of energy hence providing battery life.

On the other hand, iPhone 14 has a built-in rechargeable lithium-ion battery that is also called MagSafe, the new feature of iPhone 14 which can charge wireless up to 15W^10. iPhone 14 is also a fast-charge capable, up to 50% charge in around 30 minutes with 20W adapter or higher, which you can purchase separately as it this adapter is again, not included in the box when you buy a brand new iPhone 14.

In addition, the iPhone 14 features 6GB of RAM, a considerable improvement over the drab 4 GB of the iPhone 13 and 13 Mini. However, it will have the same LPDDR4X RAM as the 13 whereas the 14 Pro will be the first iPhone to include LPDDR5 RAM.

The current 5G network model, which includes dual sim options and an e-sim variant without the need for a sim, is actually the core around which the Apple iPhone 14 is based. By removing the sim, you can further extend battery life.

And as you’ve probably observed, Apple has gotten creative in order to make the iPhone 14 as energy-efficient and as powerful as possible.

Final Thoughts on iPhone 14 Singapore Prices

iPhone 14 is indeed a good buy–even if you are still have the latest model which is the iPhone 13 because as we all discussed the new features of newly released iPhone 14, we can say that it has a lot of new and better features to offer, especially with the battery life, camera specs, and other new features.

Apple is also doing a great job by keeping iPhone 14 built and designed by processes that wouldn’t affect our environment. iPhone 14 is proven by Apple that it is made with better materials, mostly recycled ones, is energy efficient, smarter chemistry, green manufacturing, and environmental-friendly packaging.

You may also trade in your smartphones in Apple via their Apple Trade In, wherein you can get credit via bank transfer towards a new iPhone when you trade in an eligible smartphone.
